SMS Privacy Policy

All Cabling Tech Corp and its D2 Group business units, D2 HVAC Solutions and D2 Smart Home, use SMS to send operational account and service notifications to customers and designated administrators who have expressly agreed to receive them.

Information we collect

We collect the recipient's name, mobile number, company or customer relationship, service-ticket and membership context, consent record, and message delivery information necessary to provide these alerts.

How information is used

Mobile information is used only to deliver and administer D2 HVAC Solutions and D2 Smart Home service-ticket, technician, appointment, plan, and maintenance notifications. Mobile information, including phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, and SMS consent records, is not shared with, sold to, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to deliver the messaging service.

Message frequency varies according to service-ticket activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
